We offer a variety of class lengths, target areas, class types, and difficulty levels, with new classes added each week.
To build strength and see improvement, we recommend doing 3 classes per week. Improvement requires consistency! That’s why Fireside is a subscription service - the math just makes sense for your wallet.

Give yourself options and choose from classes of varying lengths, focus areas and difficulty levels

No-Prop Classes: These bodyweight classes will teach you form, pace, and control.
Foundations Classes: Light on the “funky” moves. These classes focus on core principals that prepare you for more advanced exercises.
Dumbbell Classes: Pilates and lift at the same time. You’ll use weights to build on the foundations and further advance strength gains.
Dynamic Classes: These classes add a cardio element with a few fast-paced moves to increase your heart rate.
