Strength Pilates

It’s a Pilates method focused on building strength with precision. We’ve figured out how to progressively load muscles using only your bodyweight in a way that is both approachable and consistently challenging. 


Body Weight Only

It means you can take class anywhere - without a bunch of extra stuff. You’d be surprised how challenging it can be to just use bodyweight. We change up the difficulty using physics by playing around with angles, lever lengths and working one side of the body at once.


Instruction

We can’t be humble here: what you get out of Pilates is so dependent on your instructor, and we’re confident we’re different - and very good. We care about precise form and will explain how to properly do an exercise and give you reminders when you’re getting tired (we can’t see you but we know).
